Aunt Arla and Uncle Scott's Nov Visit

Uncle Scott and Aunt Arla came to visit us from Wisconsin the first weekend in November. They left Wisconsin Thursday afternoon so got to our house in the wee hours of Friday morning when all the kids were fast asleep. There were to extremely excited little girls to see them when they woke up Friday morning!Missy K has a special "happy dance" reserved exclusively for Uncle Scott anytime she sees him and she got right to it as soon as he came into view!Reagan joined in the "happy dancing" and "big hugs" too! :)Meanwhile Jackson got down to business with some of Uncle Phil's super yummy cheese whips that Aunt Arla had ordered and brought to us.I'm not sure why Reagan was flopped on the floor or why Jackson decided to lie down on top of her but I sure thought it was cute! :)Uncle Scott and Aunt Arla with our sweet girlsAunt Arla with her girls - when I bought these outfits for the girl I was specifically thinking of Aunt Arla so I'm glad she approved of the outfits. An attempt at getting a picture of just the kids after being unsuccessful with a group shot with Uncle Scott and Aunt Arla - Jackson wasn't in the mood to sit still - big surprise there... lol :)Jackson thought his Packer helmet was pretty interestingHe kept insisting on putting it on his head backwards. We obviously have a little bit to learn about football... My little Leopard Print Packer Princesses lol :)Aunt Arla and I took the girls out in the morning but came home to put Jackson down for a nap. We were going to run back out to do a couple of things but Reagan decided she wanted to stay home with Uncle Scott. When we got back this was the view we were met with - Reagan watching cartoons, Jackson eating froot loops which Uncle Scott was handing him one at a time and Uncle Scott working. It was too cute and too funny! Some of our neighbors were taking down their Halloween display so we asked if we could have their hay bales to help get ready for Missy K's Cowgirl 3rd birthday party the following weekend. Reagan and Kennedy worked hard at trying to pull the bales but it was pretty heavy. We actually ended up bringing the van down and loading up most of the haybales. This is one determined little girl...Time for a break - we'll let Aunt Arla do the work...Jackson and I providid a bit of assistance tooFriday evening Uncle Dan, Aunt Dorothy, Heidi and Holden came over to join us for hot dogs and brats over our fire pit. I love doing this sort of mini cook out on nice spring and fall evenings! Thanks so much for such a fun Friday! :)
