Halloween 2011

For Halloween this year we went all out Packers! As well as our Packer Pumpkins the girls were cheerleaders and Jackson was a little Quarterback. To make it even more fun Heidi and Holden came over to join us. Have you ever seen such an adorable pack of Packers??? They were so cute! We had so many comments and a couple of people even asked if they could take pictures. lol :)Go Pack Go!!!A close up of Missy K with her curly piggy tailsA close up of Missy Reagan with her curly piggy tails too :)The girl's Packer fingernails, courtesy of Aunt Arla of course :)Jackson with his Packer helmetJackson preferred his football to his helmet to complete his assembleWe even dressed up our American Girl Dolls in Packer attire. The two small barbies were from Aunt Arla and Reagan and Kennedy wanted them included in this picture since they also had costumes on.Before going trick-or-treating we had chili at our house. We also had some orange appetizers (pumpkin cheese, orange bell peppers and clementines) to get us in the Halloween mood.Such a sweet hug from two loving sisters - even if it doesn't look like Jackson was quite enjoying the squeeze.Holden and Jackson playing together with magnets on the refrigeratorReagan, Heidi and Kennedy loved handing out treats before we set out ourselves. Here are our neighbor girls as well as their father.Another try at a picture of my 3 cute kiddosMissy K doing her best to pull HoldenJackson was super easy and perfectly content to ride in the stroller behind the big kidsAunt Arla sent the girls these special Packer pumpkins to collect their treats inMissy K was so excited to be receiving candy. Even though we explained the process to Kennedy before hand I guess she didn't really understand that people would be giving her candy. For at least the first half dozen homes we went to she was honestly completely surprised and beyond excited that neighbors/strangers gave her candy just because she asked. Here she was exclaiming "They gave me 2 pieces because I'm 2!!!!!"Cheerleader ReaganThe three cutest cheerleaders I've seen in a good long while off to trick-or-treat togetherCute cousins running to the next house to get as much candy as possible as quickly as possible! One super excited Miss Heidi! Future Packer player, Holden LaBar! What a sweet sister/brother pictureHolden throughly enjoyed trick-or-treatingJackson was so content to ride in his stroller. About half way through he figured out something was going on and the big kids were getting something. He insisted on getting out of the stroller and kept pointing to the houses until Tim or I would take him to the door. Here you can see him holding out his Packer helmet. He immidiately began pulling his candy out and trying to unwrap it. When he couldn't figure out how to open the candy himself he started trying to feed it to Daddy instead.Tim decided to have mercy on Jackson and open a sucker for him to enjoy. Jackson was right those big kids were having fun he needed to join in on!Our crew stopping for a picture opportunity upon the request of some other trick-or-treater's parentsAfter trick-or-treating in our neighborhood we went over to the Hamlin's home to trick-or-treat. Missy K decided to give Uncle Barry one of her famous "big hugs." I think this picture I caught just before impact is so super cute and sweet! :) Aunt Annette and Missy KA very happy and sugar filled Miss Reagan with Lauren Michael decided to try and turn my little Green Bay Packer into a UK Wildcat. Nice try Michael, maybe we have the next Randall Cobb on our hands! lol :)Thank you to everyone who made our Halloween extra special! :)
