Fire Pit and S'mores

Fall is unquestionably my favorite time of year! I love pumpkins, leaves, the crisp air, bonfires, hayrides, you name it, I love it!!! Last Friday was such a beautiful day it seemed made for building a fire in our new fire pit (compliments of Aunt Arla) and inviting Uncle Dan's crew over for some S'mores. It's so awesome to have family so close to be able to do that type of activity on the spur of the minute. We had a wonderful time together enjoying this beautiful time of year!

Heidi making her own S'more all by herself. Poor thing, she had obviously been watching us and knew the marshmellow should be smooshed between the crackers. Since her marshmellow wasn't warm, however, only the graham cracker was smooshed. lol :)

Hieid is such a loving big sister and cousin. Kennedy loves all the hugs and kisses Heidi gives her!

but on this one he's smiling with everyone else! :)
