Nonna's House

On New Year's Day we went to play at Nonna's house in the afternoon and evening. The girls wasted no time in scouting out a large sucker... Tim wanted me to make a PDA to all grandparents, aunts and friends letting you know while these things are fun they are incredibly messy!!! He would prefer if you gave our children candy they could put in their mouth and swallow vs continue to make an enormous mess with for hours, days and even weeks on end. lol :) The girls on the other hand would like me to request you kindly ignore all of Daddy's pleas for sanity and continue to purchase whatever ridiculous candy you can locate. :)

We didn't open presents on Friday night since Uncle Ran and Aunt Kayci couldn't join us until Saturday. Reagan was needless to say very excited about the presents. It was so cute the way she worded it and of course now I can't remember... but at one point she basically asked if it would be alright if she just sat by the presents. :)

Nonna would have happily caved and given all the presents to Reagan and Kennedy but Mommy and Daddy thought it was okay to wait 24 hours to share with the rest of the family. :) Reagan and Nonna did decide, however, the girls needed to open at least one present which turned out to be a princess tea party set. :) Both the girls loved it and had a great time playing with it! :)
