July Summer Fun

I know it's September but I've got to get through July pics before I can do August and September... On that note, here are some activities we enjoyed and got pictures of during July.
~
While Aunt Arla was here she gave the girls some Mickey Mouse aprons. They are great for keeping clothes clean during our cooking and art time! We used them for the first time baking some double chocolate chip cookies. As you can see the girls were very excited to try out their new aprons. lol :)
Teamwork!
Kennedy is always happy to serve as part of the clean up crew!
Very proud of her double chocolate chip cookie creation :)
I usually chop up watermelon into bite size pieces but one afternoon while Reagan was watching me she asked for a slice instead. Kennedy thought it sounded like a good idea too so the girls enjoyed some yummy watermelon in traditional summer style! :)

One rainy afternoon we went outside to try and find some puddles to jump in. Unfortunately our street doesn't seem to have any good puddle spots. We still had fun with the small puddles we located. :)

Kennedy doing her very best to get those feet off the ground - jumping is a hard skill to learn! :)

Following (jumping/stomping after) the leader

Having fun on the little Barbie Jeep from Grandma and Grandpa while Reagan was riding her trike from Nonna. :)
I am so funny!!! lol :)
Thought this was cute of the girls getting ready to back out of the garage in their big jeep from Grammy and Pop-A-Lops
Our neighbor, Macy, is so good with the girls. This was the first time Kennedy drove the jeep and it was mostly due to Macy's help (she took care of the "gas" and break peddles). Kennedy did a great job of steering though. Go Kennedy! :)
Thanks for hanging with me everyone! Someday I'm going to get in gear again and be on top and up to date with this blog again! lol :)
