Random February Pictures

After reviewing pictures today I realize I posted my planting veggies a bit ahead of schedule. I guess when you get so far behind it's easy to get confused about the order things happenned. Oops! We planted veggies the end of March vs the end of February. Oh well, here are some random pictures I took throughout the month of February of our nutty kids. :)

This next picture might look a little odd at first but can anyone think of a better way to begin a "random" picture post than with pjs in the toilet??? Jackson has been more and more interested in being a "big" kid. He is also fascinated with the laundry process. When I was getting ready to do laundry one morning I asked the girls to take their pajamas to the laundry room. Jackson was interested so I asked him to take his as well. He toddled off so happily and into the laundry room I didn't really pay any attention to what he was doing. I guess when he found the washing machine door closed he decided he needed to find another place for his pjs to go (the bathroom is next door to the laundry room). So in case anyone was wondering, this is what you get for asking a 17 month old to do a chore and giving him the freedom to complete it without parental guidance. The girls of course thought it was hilarious when they discovered Jackson's pjs in the toilet. lol :)
Since discovering a couple great homemade pizza recipes at Christmas we have enjoyed making it several times. This particular time seemed noteworthy because Jackson is becoming more interested in helping us bake and because Kennedy was cracking me up by demanding mushrooms on her pizza. Don't get me wrong, I love mushrooms! It just cracks me up that Missy K thinks they're so delicious too! :)

Being silly with Daddy while waiting for the pizza to bake
One evening as I started dinner one of the girls spied a jar of green olives in the refrigerator and told me then wanted to eat them. I told them I wasn't sure they would like them but then they both insisted they wanted to eat them. Before I knew it all three kids had devoured the entire jar of green olives!
Yummy green olives!!!
We enjoy being big supporters of our local Girl Scout troops when it's time to purchase cookies. :)This year the girls and I decided to begin a new tradition of eating as many cookies as you want the first day we received them. Since we purchased them from the BHLC Girl Scout troop we received them on a Thursday when it is also our tradition to stop by Sonic to pick up slushes on the way home. Needless to say, my children were not feeling sugar deprived that Thursday. :)
Yummy sugar!!!
Jackson was not happy with me for taking this picture but I had to document what Tim puts him in anytime I don't have pajamas completely laid out. I should really take a picture of our pajama basket because we have more pjs than I know what to do with. Somehow Tim can never find a pair for Jackson and insists this old pink snowman pair of Kennedy's looks the most comfy. I cannot believe he puts his son in this outfit anytime he has the opportunity to do so!!! lol :)
Since the girls received sleeping bags for Christmas they have being sleeping on the floor basically every night. One evening I found Haydn snuggled up with Missy K and I thought it was so sweet! :)

Now I'm officially on to March pictures! :)
