Busy First Saturday in March

I thought I was about caught up on my March postings and just needed to get a couple of videos I had taken on Mom's camera. When I was looking for the videos, I discovered a bunch of pictures and more videos than I remembered for March. Will I ever catch up? I guess I'm going to have to stop taking pictures if I'm to ever have any hope! lol :)

Not only am I behind on this blog I'm beginning to think I'm hopelessly behind on scrapbooking. I think I'll be scrapbooking the kids childhood well into their college years. lol :) On that note...

We had a super busy first Saturday in March. It started with another great PB&J concert and ended with Jackson's first movie. The pictures got a bit out of order here but we also ordered Reagan's flowergirl dress for Jared and Lydia's wedding which is this coming August. Reagan was very excited about ordering the dress and extremely dissapointed we couldn't pick it up that day. She was even more dissapointed the wedding wasn't actually that day. The funniest part, however, was when we walked in she took one look at one of the dresses on display and announced to the store it was the dress she was going to get married in. It just so happenned that a bride decided to try the dress on while we were there and Reagan walked up to the clerk who was taking the dress down and told her "I'm okay with you letting someone try this dress on" like they needed Reagan's permission to try her dress. :) She was absolutely adorable and everyone loved her while we were there. Here she is posing with her dress. :)

We began the day with a group violin lesson. Uncle Dan and Aunt Dorothy were nice enough to pick up Kennedy on their way to the PB&J concert so she didn't have to wait for Reagan. We joined them there and the girls absolutely loved the harps. They were beautiful. Kennedy wanted me to take a picture of her since I was trying to take a picture of Heidi and Reagan
They discussed how to waltz and had the kids get up and dance. Holden had fun dancing with his mommy. So sweet! :)

The girls enjoying box harps and their PB&J sandwhiches

Kennedy and Heidi demonstrated their multi-tasking skills by playing music while enjoying their snacks/drinks

Afterward the kids were invited to go and check out the harps in the harp choir. They were even allowed to play the harps which they thought was super cool.
Kennedy was so shy. She walked up to the harp covering her eyes. You can see her just beginning to take her hands down after playing the harp with one hand for a minute. Silly girl!
Getting a little more comfortable
Very comfy with a violin in the instrument "petting zoo"
The kids love getting to try all the instruments

It was pouring rain when we left and I thought the girls were cute in their raincoats and with umbrellas

Saturday evening we decided to go to the dollar theatre and enjoy "Tangled." It also happenned to be Jackson's first movie. He was quite impressed. :) Seriously, he did a great job although I did have to go out for a few minutes near the end because he was getting a little squirmy. The girls enjoyed our huge bucket of popcorn and our traditional CherryCoke.
Jackson and Daddy already for the movie
