Christmas Day 2010

Santa made it to our house and the big gift this year was the American Girl Doll Treehouse for the girls to share.

I couldn't believe it, but the girls ended up sleeping in until 9:30 or something ridiculous like that! Jackson got up and was very excited and happy about it being Christmas morning! :)

The girls finally made their way downstairs...

Reagan was extremely excited to see their stockings had been filled. She must be a girl after my own heart because for some reason I love stockings! :)

She was so excited about the stockings she didn't even see the treehouse until we pointed it out to her. Then she was mildly excited... :)

She ran back and forth between the living room and kitchen dancing and leaping all the way and exclaiming "He brought the good presents, not the bad presents!!!" We had had various discussions throughout the month about being thankful for anything you receive so I guess she had thought there was a serious possibility she could be getting some not so great gifts Christmas morning. lol :)

She did eventually calm down long enough to actually take a look at the treehouse for her dolls

Kennedy and Grammy decided to open a couple of gifts

Reagan was too excited and busy dancing to open any presents - she was hilarious! lol :)

Kennedy thought the brush for her "Kennedy" doll was really neat and enjoyed brushing her hair

Reagan helped Jackson open his gifts

Reagan did eventually get around to opening her gifts and she was very excited to see that Santa had given her the one thing she asked for - American Girl Doll clothing. :)

Grammy and Kennedy decided to play Kennedy's new game of "Go Fish"

After opening gifts, the girls enjoyed a nutritious peanut butter cup cookie breakfast

A couple people managed to sneak in naps throughout the day

Merry Christmas Everyone! We feel so blessed to have you in our lives and are so thankful for all we have been given. God has been so wonderful to us this year! We thank Him for our blessings and His son and pray that He blesses all of you in the year to come!
