Christmas 2012

Coming down the stairs to see if Santa decided to visit our house Christmas morning. As a side note, like last year, the girls surprised me by sleeping in until nearly 9:00! Whose kids do this? Especially 2 years in a row! lol :)Our Christmas tree - Santa was good to us this year! :)Jackson zeroed in on the blocks. He charged straight past everything and knocked down the block tower as fast as he could! :)
With all those toys under the tree one of the first things the girls saw/opened were some stickers in their stockings. They became completely absorbed by them for at least 10-15 minutes. I know I've said they enjoy every present they receive but this surprised even me. It definitely cracked us all up. It's so much fun to watch them open everything when they are so appreciative of literally everything! :)
Meanwhile Grammy and Jackson decided to open a present. I guess Kack told Hermie and/or Santa how much Jackson loved Chaz's WWE truck because he brought Jackson one of his own. :)Reagan hugging her gift from HermieThe kids each had one of these beautiful but enormous suckers in their stocking. Daddy wasn't sure if he approved but Kennedy and Jackson sure did! :)Kennedy checking out a bracelet we gave Grammy for Christmas.Reagan's big present this year was an American Girl Doll HorseJackson has played and played with this toy. He loves to stack these cubes and their heads numbered 1-5. This has been a great addition to our classroom for something for Jackson to play with while the girls are busy with school.Missy K decided she wanted to try on Jackson's black Knight attire. We thought he could use a couple of play costumes so as he becomes interested in dressing up he has a couple more options than the girl's current collection of Disney Princesses and Faires. lol :)The girls each received a couple of magic tricks in their stockings. Tim and the girls had a good time learning magic and demonstrating it. The girls caught onto the tricks pretty quickly. The hardest part was getting them to understand why they should explain the "magic" to everyone else.It must be Christmas if you get Coke in your sippy cup! And some dip to boot! Jackson's favorite type of food is dip. It doesn't matter what type of dip as long as it's dip. I was surprised he even enjoyed the crab dip I had made. I'm glad he was happy with his food options on Christmas! :)I know it's a bit late, but we wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas! We hope it found you surrounded by family and friends enjoying the presence of our savior and King! May you all be blessed by Him this coming year!
